As Channel Manager Rafael develops, services, and grows relationships with channel partners. A number of +30 partners under a Channel Manager’s responsibility depends on Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, México, Perú and Uruguay Business Activity. The role includes developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners and training and developing their sales team.

Act in virtually any sector that deals with business-to-business sales specially Public Sector, Financial, Insurance, Banking, Automatic Popular Loans, Utilities Logistic and Retail Sectors.

Continuously train Sales Team on Google Dialog Flow, IBM Watson IA & Hey Now! Chatbots Offerings. Given the ever-changing nature of sales and marketing campaigns, and the NPL Technology, this training happens continuously.

Manage Relationships with Channel Partners and Key Regional Accounts. Performing this duty takes excellent customer service skills, and also involves negotiating contracts.

Represent Company at Industry Trade Shows. Involves creating promotional materials, as well as setting up and taking down a company booth. It also involves pitching company offerings to prospects.

Active listener and take the time to comprehend what others say and then use the information to learn and build custom solutions. Innovative in their quest to help their channel partners effectively sell the solution.

Develop and maintain partner relationships through the news of Google and IBM Watson IA software . Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners. Develop local sales staff and uses analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.
